Client Services Representative (State of Kansas)


REJIS is currently seeking a Client Services Representative for the State of Kansas.

Responsibilities: Develop positive relationships with current or prospective clients to understand their processes, computer and technical needs and provide options to address those needs through REJIS’ suite of product offerings. Provide product demonstrations when appropriate. Participate in conventions, trade shows, and customer presentations to grow customer base.

Meet with Law Enforcement, Government, and Quasi Government agencies in Kansas to drive revenue growth and expand REJIS’s footprint in the Kansas market. This position is 50% travel, including some overnight stays.

We need someone with:

The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and procedures. Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to respond to customers’ inquiries and/or complaints.

The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages and apply these amounts to customer accounts when necessary.

The Ability to define and solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form, collect data, and establish facts to draw valid conclusions.

A Bachelor’s degree in in a Business, Marketing, or other related subject from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years of related sales/marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Kansas Law Enforcement experience greatly preferred.
