The Coffey County Sheriff's Office is accepting applications for a Full Time Deputy.

Pay range dependent on applicants experience and qualifications. Lateral transfers accepted.

Pay Range:

  • Deputy: $21.76/hr - $29.84/hr
  • Master Deputy: $23.14/hr - $31.79/hr

Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Coffey County residency preferred, but not required. Take home car if you live within 45 miles of Coffey County. Applicant must possess a valid Kansas driver's license, cannot have any felony or domestic violence convictions, and will be required to pass a physical and a Drug and Alcohol test.
