Pawnee County is seeking an individual to fill a full-time position as a Jail Deputy I. This position is responsible for maintenance/operations of the county jail, answering telephone, radio calls, maintaining records, processes/books prisoners, Vehicle Identification Number inspections, housekeeping duties and much more.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED, must have a valid Kansas drivers' license with no serious traffic violations. No drug or felony convictions. Applicant must pass security background check, medical and psychological exams, and drug screening.
