Employment Type: Seasonal Part time (typical 10-16 hours per weekend, April -September)

Job Title: Lake Patrol

Linn Valley Lakes is a gated residential and recreational community featuring a 135 acre main lake, other smaller lakes, 18 hole golf course and two swimming pools.

We are seeking an individual 25 years of age or older to oversee the boating, swimming and all other water activities on the main lake. The individual will patrol the lake during their shift and ensure the enforcement of lake rules (provided). The individual will need to be familiar with the Linn Valley Lakes Boating regulations. The individual will also interact in a positive manner with the public, as well as the membership, their families and invited guests, to include the possible de-escalation of angry individuals (support available through LVPD).

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diplomas or equivalent experience
• Proof of completion - Kansas Boating Safety Course
• Must be 25 years or older
• Must be proficient in the operation of an outboard motorboat.
• Must successfully complete a background check
• Must possess a valid Missouri, Kansas or other State driver's license
